Remember you can hand your projects in until next Friday.

We have already seen some French fries packets and some viking hats. We have also learnt to get a fish out of a hat! Well done, keep on working.

10.9.12

I have seen this activity in the GreenForest School District blog of Art and I´m sure you will love it¡¡ It will be great for the 1st school day for 2º ESO.

We will create a radial design understanding that shapes and lines in this type of design go out from the center. We only need a sheet of paper some pencils and some markers.
Radial designs are found in many natural and man made objects such as flowers and wheels.  Where else have you seen radial designs?
We will begin by placing a single dot somewhere in the center area of the paper.
2. From this dot we will draw lines radiating out, to divide the paper into sections.
3. In each section we will write our name in as many different lettering styles we can create.
4. When the lettering is complete we will color the letters and place a design in the background of each section.

You do not always have to get the whole name into the selected space.  You can stretch the letter on the other hand to fill the required space.

Welcome back to school!!
Hello everybody!
Summer is over and it´s time to start a new year. I hope you are ready for it!
This year we have a new tool in our Art Lessons: this blog where  I will try to capture our year together. I would like to share with you some ideas and I will provide you with many activities that you can do at home. Work hard and you will see your own work on line!
Here we go!
