I had seen some large op art murals to decorate classrooms doors, but  as they would take us  a lot of time and black felt pens to do them,  I decided to create them in a smaller size.

DRAWING WITH LINES

You can shade in a drawing using lines, curves or circles The combination of these different techniques will strengthen a drawing´s artistic effect.

The material we use is also very important. The ink of a felt´tipped pen does not allow for as much variation of pressure as a pencil, but can be used  to create a more intense shade of black.
