Welcome to the Irish week!
We are learning how to draw Celtic Knots
Where did what we call "Celtic Knotwork" come from?
Knotwork (and much of what we see as "Celtic Art" today) corresponds to only the latest style in a long tradition of Celtic art.
Who were the Celts? Roughly, they were a non−Classical European society differentiated by language. They flourished in central and eastern Europe from (at least) the 7th C. BC, moved into the British Isles by about the 3rd C. BC, and remain there today.
Have a look to our projects!

Hi! my name is Lucía Marin and this is my drawing:
We have been drawing starburst stars. First, we started with easy ones but they were getting more and more difficult. The result was amazing. These are my mates´stars

Colouring with lines
Lines can be used for many purposes, they give shape, texture and volume . They can also be used to draw and to colour. Have a look to Ana Guerra´s drawing of both a calm sea and a rough one. Which one do you like the most?
Aren´t they great?
